Street Style at New York Fashion Week 2020 Fall/Winter
Here are some of my favorite photos from the streets outsides New York Fashion Week 2020 Fall/Winter. “NYFW The Shows” at Spring Studios in SoHo is the Heart the Annual New York City annual Fashion Week Showcase. The famed studio at 50 Varick Street will be hosting over 55 designers this year, featuring the likes of Tadashi Shoji, Jeremy Scott, Rebecca Minkoff, Raisavanessa and Nicole Miller.

I’m known for my journalism and street photography so of course, I’ll be shooting the real show, the style of today’s bloggers, models and designers who inspire what eventually hits the runway.
I’ll be updating this blog post throught out the week so check back for more shots .

Spike Lee throws Brooklyn Block Party celebrating 30th anniversary of Iconic film ”Do The Right Thing”
Do The Right Thing Way, became official back in July of 2015 and is the official location for Spike Lee's annual Block Party! Spike makes it a point to return to the very location where he filmed the thought-provoking story some 30 years ago. DTRT like so many of Spike’s other films tells the story of the Brooklynites and the Greater Black Community.

Spike Brought out several guest throughout the 7-hour event including his castmates from the film Rosie Perez and Giancarlo Esposito , as well Les Twins, Public Enemy, and many others! I did spend much time at the gathering as I has to hit another event afterwards but I did manage to capture some really great photos! You can check out my full gallery below! My favorite shots have to be the dance battle that broke out during DJ Spinna’s set.
Untitled (Soho 2015)
This is a shot from when I first picked up photography. I used to run around the city or hours looking for anything interesting. I was mainly just trying to get as comfortable as possible with my camera so I would just snap away not really focusing too much on composition, I got lucky that day! (This photo is completely candid.) I believe the subject was trying to cross the street and I just happened to be in the right spot.

This Is America… MAGA
This photo was taken during a photo shoot from one of my favorite artist Osyris Antham. This was right after Joyner Lucas put out the ”I’m Not Racist” music video. So many Black folks felt the video was quite one sided and Osyris being Osyris decided to out it on wax. You can check out the video below.
